To report a delayed traffic crash, you will be forwarded to the Florida Highway Patrol website. You may report the crash as long as there is only minor damage, no vehicles needed to be towed, and neither driver was intoxicated. You will be able to download the report and complete it for insurance purposes.
Hit and Run crashes may also be reported through the Florida Highway Patrol website. Hit and Run crashes can only be reported when there is no suspect information. (Examples: Your car was parked unattended and an unknown driver/vehicle hit your car and didn’t leave a note, or a vehicle hit your car and then fled without stopping to exchange information or before you could get a license plate.)
